My Passion |
My passion as a Worship
Pastor is to bring the congregation to the throne of God within the Worship experience
and to prepare their hearts for God’s Word.
I personally believe we do our Preaching Pastors a disservice when
we allow them to preach before the people are ready to hear from God’s Word. |

My Philosophy |
-Take worship as a life, seriously lifts up God
-Lead people to worship by worshipping
-Consumed with a passion for God and an integrity of heart
-Keep Christ redemption at the forefront; relates God’s story to peoples own stories
-Personal goal; invisibility
-Worship spontaneously, heartfelt
-Foster an atmosphere of worship and then get out of the way and let God meet people where they are
-Prepared, but sensitive to what God is doing
-Stay in touch with the people in order to sense their needs
-Let go of control, allow God to speak in the quiet, to deal with people’s brokenness
-Mentor others and allow them opportunities to serve
-Celebrate God authentically |
